Just a reminder that if you need to return or request a refund, make sure to file the application within 30 days of completing your order. Don't worry, we've got you covered!
In the sad event you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately by email or give us a call ASAP at 1-916-469-5343, don’t delay! You may not have to return it. You could get a replacement or refund without shipping it back. If you're required to return it, we'll provide a return label.
Our orders are processed daily at 2 pm on business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the following business day by 2 pm. (Subject to holidays and inclement weather conditions via suppliers)
Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order once it's processed. Once an order has been placed, we can't stop the shipping process. We hope you understand and that you'll be happy with your purchase once you’ve received it.
Did you place an order and change your mind about it? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective. We hope you understand that this is to ensure fairness for all of our customers.
